In today’s episode Trudy Berger and Arianna Alessio talk about starred restaurants and customer experience with a special guest, Matteo Metullio, Chef of the two-starred restaurant Harry’s Piccolo in Trieste.
At the age of 19 he began his career in this industry, becoming none other than one of the youngest starred Chef in Italy, followed by many other awards between 2013 and 2017.
In 2018 he started with his colleague Davide Da Pra a new challenge that led him to win his 2 Michelin stars with Harry’s Piccolo.
