In today’s episode Trudy Berger and Arianna Alessio talk about how luxury brands are using social media platforms and what they should do in order to engage with their audience with Carolina Bin.

Carolina is the Co-Founder of Cooltura, a creative agency specialized on TikTok with headquarters in Milan and London.

Cooltura worked with several brands in the luxury landscape such as Max Mara, Luisaviaroma, Diesel, Hugo Boss, YNAP, The Mall Luxury Outlets and Tod’s Group. Furthermore, they recently won TikTok award as “Greatest Performance 2023 Italy” for their Rayban Reverse campaign.

Carolina shared her point of view on new communication approaches in the luxury and fashion industry, on what brands prefer today and how to humanize luxury brands on TikTok. In fact, on this platform, luxury communicates in a different way from what we are used to see traditionally: it is shown the real behind the scenes of a brand.
